Riba Calls For Sprinklers To Be Fitted As Standard In All New Homes

BAFSA (British Automatic Fire Sprinkler Association) have reported that RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) are demanding all new builds are fitted with sprinkers and that more than one vertical means of escape are provided in properties of multiple occupancy when over three stories tall in response to the Grenfell Tower disaster. Amsco believe this should be a minimum requirement for the safety and protection of all.
