Our Approach

We decided to use our standard sprinkler system. Most of the pipework and sprinklers had to be surface mounted at high levels on the finished walls. This meant that we had to think of a way to make the system look as aesthetically pleasing as possible whilst keeping the cost reasonable. We had meetings with several boxing suppliers to be able to find the correct product for these projects and the sprinkler heads had to suit this bespoke design.

Next steps

Once the surveys had been completed we put a programme of works together to meet the needs of the client. We assembled a crew of engineers and as the care homes were occupied, our engineers would have to work around the residents. We always work closely with the managers to minimise the impact of our work on the residents. For all the sprinkler systems we installed for this client we continue to run maintenance services annually.
